Providing connectivity in remote places like Kinder Scout in the Peak District is almost impossible with terrestrial based bandwidth. We have worked for several years with Moors for the Future on their peat regeneration project there, but no combination of IoT bandwidth or cellular technology would provide a reliable signal.

After a year of development to integrate EchoStar Mobile’s GEO satellite data service, we were excited to successfully install units on top of Kinder Scout, in typical Kinder Scout weather, and they are all reporting reliably.

If our units will work on Kinder Scout, they’ll work just about anywhere.
